The primary purpose of the Bell County Historical Society Museum, a nonprofit institution, is to collect, preserve, research, exhibit, interpret, and demonstrate items that will serve to illustrate the history of Bell County.

Notice: Our Museum is currently closed to the public for reorganization of artifacts and inventory purposes. However, if you would like to make a bookstore purchase, donation, accession form return, or need to update your membership you may call us Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 10am-4pm at (606) 242-0005 and we will be available to assist your needs. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have our Museum reopened by Mid-February.
